Let Terri help you face this long-term challenge
Sometimes what you need most isn’t another article, strategy, or checklist—it’s a thoughtful, private conversation with someone who understands what Parkinson’s caregiving really asks of you.
I offer one-to-one coaching conversations for caregivers who are carrying a lot, thinking deeply, and trying to do this with love and integrity—often while feeling tired, unseen, or unsure of themselves. If you’re looking for steady, personalized support, you can read on to learn about my 90-day coaching program below.

A 90-day program for Lasting Transformation
Imagine waking each morning feeling grounded rather than guarded—starting your day with a sense of calm confidence that you have a clear plan for whatever Parkinson’s throws at you.
You’ll notice fatigue no longer lingers in the corners of your mind, because you’ve integrated self-compassion practices that refill your emotional tank. Gone are the days when a missed cue from your loved one leaves you second-guessing every choice. Instead, you speak with quiet assurance, using compassionate communication techniques that invite connection even on the hardest days. You’ll find your patience stretches a little farther, so you can truly listen to the person you care for without feeling worn thin.
Between our sessions, you’ve used practical self-care strategies to protect your well-being—so you actually get to enjoy coffee with a friend, a midday walk, or a few minutes of uninterrupted breathing space. You’ll feel supported knowing you have a trusted coach in your corner, someone who’s been where you are and can guide you back when the path feels rocky.
By the end of our 90 days together, you’ll replace that familiar guilt and invisible exhaustion with real moments of peace, self-compassion, and a resilient connection to your loved one. You’ll stand tall in your well-balanced caregiving role—equipped, empowered, and reminded that you’re never truly alone on this journey.

I’m Terri Pease—a former Parkinson’s caregiver who learned the hard way that “yes” isn’t always the kindest answer.
For years I gave and gave -- but I couldn't shake the feeling that I wasn't giving enough. Finally I understood that my husband needed me—fully present—more than my exhausted compliance. I learned how to craft a way of caregiving that made life better for both of us.
Drawing on 30 years focusing on the needs of trauma survivors (and nine years caring for my husband), I created this coaching so you don’t have to learn through trial and error. Together we’ll build a plan that honors both your loved one’s needs and your own well-being, then we'll refine it together tp make it right for you. You can move from guilt-ridden exhaustion to balanced, patient caregiving—no matter how long you’ve been at this or how “too late” it feels. I’ve been where you are, and I’ll show you the way forward.

Work directly with Terri to learn that the best caregiving is the kind that cares for you both.

Being a Parkinson’s Caregiver is hard and I know it first hand.
Many caregivers tell me they feel trapped in their roles, unable to drop the burden -- perhaps due to their partner's dependence but most often because of a lifetime of love.
Resentment builds as they see the "real" person they've loved fading away and their personal lives and dreams being sacrificed.--without things getting any better.
A recurring sentiment from many PD caregivers is the loss of self-identity, with caregivers feeling they no longer recognize themselves.
The 24/7 nature of caregiving can lead to extreme stress, burnout, and physical exhaustion.
Many of us feel bitter, angry, and overwhelmed - sometimes to the point of physical illness.
If you’re feeling this way, I understand. And I can help.
